ICC (Coalition Center) Military Check Point Toughens: What you must know

There are police/Army check points all around ICC is getting stronger since the evening of Friday 27 March, 2015, till this morning.

They are protecting any form of disturbance around the the coalition center, which is where the official election result will be announce later today or early hours of tomorrow morning

I went that way yesterday and they didn't allow me to pass unless I was able to answer a tricky question. 
Fortunately, the person I was with knew the answers.

In case you are engaged for a meeting or official visits around that axis, you better leave on time.

The Military men would expect you the answer the unexpected possible questions like;

the name of the office you are going to and who heads the unit, or to describe where you are going, 


For you information, they have all the details, you better get it right. 

Please, carry a means of identification, else you will spend your whole time explaining yourself and might end up not having access.
