According to the International Organization for Migration spokesman, the quake killed at least four people.
In a developing story, the Government of Nepal said 16 people died and at least 800 people are injured
The epicenter is at the east of the country near the Chinese boarder, 83 kilometers east or Kathmandu.
The Quake was also felt in New Delhi and in Chinese boarder with Nepal, which is about 18.5 kilometer close to Nepal.
They have been urged by the police to remain in open areas
The Kathmandu airport has been closed.
Nepal is still trying to get a grip after the April 26th earthquake of 7.8 magnitude earthquake which which killed at least eight thousand people.
