ICC (Coalition Center) Military Check Point Toughens: What you must know

There are police/Army check points all around ICC is getting stronger since the evening of Friday 27 March, 2015, till this morning.

They are protecting any form of disturbance around the the coalition center, which is where the official election result will be announce later today or early hours of tomorrow morning

I went that way yesterday and they didn't allow me to pass unless I was able to answer a tricky question. 
Fortunately, the person I was with knew the answers.

11 year Old Boy Hangs Self Over Missing N200

Master Terkula Botwar hung himself last Sunday after some disagreement he had with his guardian over missing N200, in Makurdi, Benue State.

He was serving as a house boy in one Nadoo Hembe's House, a middle aged woman, living in Achusa, a suburb in Makurdi.
