Team Lead, Regulatory Compliance

A minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in Risk/Control functions within the bank with a professional qualification like ACA, ACCA, CFA is an advantage. Knowledge of banking operations, Legal and Regulatory Framework, Compliance, Audit and Control, Total Quality Management,

Financial Analysis, Credit Analysis/ Appraisal.
The candidate is responsible for monitoring and driving compliance with regulatory and international best practice requirements.

Team Member, Regulatory Reporting & Returns

A minimum of 1 year experience in the financial sector with knowledge of Compliance & Control, Financial analysis, Credit risk analysis and Banking operations

The candidate is responsible for ensuring that the Bank complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Team Member, Transaction Monitoring & Watchlist Filtering

A minimum of 1 year experience in the financial sector with knowledge of Compliance & Control, Financial analysis, Credit risk analysis and Banking operations

The candidate is responsible for ensuring that the Bank is not being used for the laundering of funds or the financing of terrorist activities and proliferation.

 Finance and Strategy Analyst, Commercial Banking, Lagos (SBO- AM grade). 

A minimum of 5 years’ experience; strong Analytics background to enable value add analysis & insight for decision making; understanding of commercial banking (i.e. products, channels, Customers); Credit Analysis & Risk Management; proven expertise in Strategy Analysis and exposure to Data Analytics tools e.g. Tableau, Excel, Qlik View, etc;

Group Head, Commercial Hub, Lagos and Akure (Manager- SM grade).

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial/corporate banking;  ability to manage the hub to achieve financial target; mobilise revenue, with the knowledge of credit/risk asset management, business environment/industry analysis, customer relationship management and financial analysis is required.

Team Lead, Commercial Relationship Manager, Lagos (SBO – AM grade) 

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking with at least 3 years in commercial/corporate banking.
Ability to provide team leadership and mobilise revenue; knowledge of credit/risk asset management, business environment/industry analysis, customer relationship management and financial analysis is required.

Commercial Relationship Manager, Lagos (ABO – SBO grade) 

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial banking, ability to mobilise revenue; knowledge of credit/risk asset management, business environment/industry analysis, customer relationship management and financial analysis is required.
